The more Holy Radiance you use, the less of your output gains benefit from mastery. When you consider that Beacon and PoTI also do not benefit from mastery, you're looking at ~40% of your healing gaining nothing from mastery. On Holy Radiance heavy fights on the PTR, I was getting about 55% of my output from HR, 30% from the HoT component and 25% from the direct heal. With 950 haste, you will have a 5th tick with Divine Favor up, and that will be the minimal haste level we will probably want to obtain.Īs far as stat priority after that, I have a very hard time believing mastery stacking is going to be viable. The 5th tick requires ~3350 haste and will not be reachable until near full BiS 410 gear.
4th tick of Holy Radiance is available with 0 haste from gear (you will reach this from straight raid buffs and talents).
